Mini Plant, Fully Automatic Plant  (250 kg to 200 Ton)

A flour mill machine is a mechanical device used to grind grains into flour. It consists of two main parts: the grain hopper and the grinding mechanism. The grain hopper is a container that holds the grains that are to be ground. The grinding mechanism is usually made up of two abrasive surfaces, one stationary and one rotating.
The stationary surface, known as the bed-stone, is typically made of hard stone or metal and is fixed in place. The rotating surface, known as the runner stone, is also made of hard stone or metal and is attached to a central shaft that is driven by a motor. The gap between the two stones is adjustable and determines the fineness of the flour produced.

Grains are fed into the hopper and are then transported to the grinding mechanism by gravity or a mechanical feeder. As the grains are ground between the two stones, they are crushed and ground into flour. The flour is then sifted and collected in a container or bag.
Modern flour mill machines may also include features such as sieving, cleaning, and tempering to produce flour of different grades and qualities. These machines are commonly used in bakeries, food production facilities, and home kitchens.
